I thought about the phrase/idea "to vacate one's bowels to completion".
And I thought about the idea that if you got all the stool out of your rectum that it would be (perhaps resonate) in such a way that you would achieve orgasm.
Completion is a funny, flexible word. So is vacate. So formal that they can easily become euphemistic.
